The Company provides employees with a package of social benefits and guarantees. Obligations for their provision are stated in the Collective Agreement annually concluded between PJSC TATNEFT and the workforce and covering all employees and
nonworking pensioners of the Company.
The Collective Agreement provides for the following:
- benefits and guarantees to employees;
- social protection of young employees;
- support of veterans and pensioners.
The structure of social benefits and guarantees is defined by the Standard of the Collective Agreement of TATNEFT Group, which is of a recommendatory nature for all enterprises of the Group.
In 2018, changes were made and payments were increased for the following items:
- Amount of financial assistance to employees having kids aged 1.5 to 3 years;
- Amount of financial assistance for the burial of close relatives of an employee / non-working pensioner;
- Amount of financial assistance for the funeral expenses of the family of an employee / non-working pensioner;
- Amount of financial assistance for each child of a large family;
- Amount of financial assistance to children with disabilities;
- Estimated rates of one-time financial assistance related to the provision of annual leave;
- Amount of financial assistance to single-parent families not receiving child support;
- Estimated rates of one-time financial assistance to employees and retirees who have reached jubilee age;
- Amount of financial assistance to employees dismissed in connection with the draft in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;
- Amount of financial assistance for the first marriage of an employee.
Social benefits under the Collective Agreement
Employee benefits and guarantees
- Financial assistance to employees on parental leave to take care of children under 3 years old;
- Financial assistance at birth or adoption of a child under 14 years old;
- Granting up to three working days to an employee (father) with the preservation of the average monthly wage upon discharge of the spouse and/or child from the maternity hospital;
- Financial assistance in case of death of the spouse, close relatives of an employee;
- Financial assistance for the funeral expenses of the employee’s family in case of his/her death;
- Financial assistance to orphans under 18 years of age who have lost both parents if one of them was an employee of PJSC TATNEFT;
- Financial assistance to large families;
- Financial assistance to employees with dependent children with disabilities under 18;
- Retirement benefits;
- One-time payment in connection with the provision of annual paid leave;
- Provision of women workers with children under 16 years of age (children with disabilities under 18 years of age) with one free day a month or two days of four free hours every month;
- Financial assistance to an orphan child under 18 years of age whose parents (or one of them) died at the production facility of PJSC TATNEFT;
- Financial assistance to single-parent families;
- Financial assistance to employees having reached the jubilee age;
- Financial assistance at birth of twins or triplets;
- Allocation of funds:
- for the purchase of New Year’s gifts for the children of employees of PJSC TATNEFT;
- women on International Women’s Day (March 8).
Benefits for young employees
- Interest-free loan for the purchase of furniture and essential goods;
- Financial assistance to workers dismissed in connection with the draft of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and returning to the place of their previous work;
- Financial assistance for the first marriage.
Benefits for pensioners and veterans
- Financial assistance on Victory Day to participants in the Great Patriotic War, widows and home front workers;
- Quarterly financial assistance to non-working pensioners who have worked in PJSC TATNEFT for 10 years or more and who retired before the creation of the National NPF;
- Provision of employees who have worked at PJSC TATNEFT for 10 years or more with the possibility of early retirement at the expense of the enterprise with the retention of benefits and guarantees of the Company’s pensioners;
- Financial assistance in case of death of close relatives of a pensioner;
- Financial assistance for the funeral expenses of the pensioner’s family in case of his/her death;
- Financial assistance to pensioners in connection with the onset of jubilee age;
- Allocation of funds:
- for the Day of Older Persons;
- women on International Women’s Day (March 8);
- for the Day of the Disabled Persons
