When determining programs, specific objects and activities for financing, the Company gives priority to infrastructure projects that have maximum social efficiency and directly affect the quality of life of the population of the regions where the Company operates, including employees and their families.
The target groups of TATNEFT’s social programs are children and youth, war and labor veterans, people in need of treatment and rehabilitation, children from orphanages and boarding schools, as well as other socially vulnerable groups.
